Indeed, that is what Greg said this morning. My answer was, "uh oh!".
He meant of course, chaturanga dandasana, also known as the push-up pose (link to picture after post).
As I demonstrated my fully improved push-up, in which I am completely straight and really close to the floor (as instructed by teacher Charlie in London), Greg dared to say "lower", and then "lower" still, untill, naturally, I fell flat on my face.
There is a lot more to this push-up position than I ever dreamed of. Getting back into upward dog from the plank domain, where the body is completely tense and only milimiters from the floor is an odesy in itself. Might take a while. Then again, who is counting time.
