It is cold today, very cold.
I find that practice gets much deeper in the cold weather, especially on the sitting posses right before the marichasanas I can go into a deep state of quiet.
This is probably the "meditation" promisse of the practice, and frankly I am quite happy to have "arrived" at noticing it after almost 2 years of daly practice.
Backbends are getting good too, I am sure that I am ready to drop back on my own, it is just fear that stands on the way
