There are only a few rules in Tango, and they are:
It is an improvisational, simple walk
the man leads, the woman follows, but both do it from a position of strength
it is a decisive dance
it is a close encounter
if something goes wrong the man is always sorry, he needs to show where he is going as a true leader and with his body rather than his words, so if things don't go right, he is the one to say "I'm sorry"
When I say this to men they all identify, when I say it to women I get questions.
