Wow! Blogger is All New - 4 Changes

UPDATED: Nikhil just mentioned this video in the comments. Thank you!  Good to know...

Just woke up this morning to a whole new Blorld.  The Dashboard did not give it away but as soon as I hit new post things were different:

The New Compose Window in blogger
There is even a different layout for the Post Settings and the "Schedule" button seems a lot more prominent, almost as in Word Press.

The Schedule button looks like it might work
I will try the Schedule function to see if it works for the Sunday New Blog Times. Fingers crossed!

There is a new button for "Define / Translate"

This will do wonders for my recently resurrected Spanish Blog!
Even the design part got re-designed!

Re-designing design

Might be time to re-think that content to match the newly found elegance.  I am up to the challenge blogger/google! you don't scare me.  But let's first find out if the Schedule function works.  We shall see on Sunday...

What else have you found that changed?

  3. This totally freaked me out today. Thanks for pointing it out. Also, I have never used the Schedule function, and that might be a really great idea. I write in spurts, and to write all at once and post through a schedule might just be my future. Thanks for pointing it out to me. It will be especially useful as I travel later in the year.

  4. Rebecca, you are welcome. I also write in spurts (new word for me hee hee thank you! 'spurts', like it!) anyway, the scheduling function was there before but guess what? It NEVER worked!!! I am really excited because this time it let me hit the schedule button for a post tomorrow, so I am awaiting and see if it works, which will be a delight. And for travelling or vacation it would be really helpful, of course! I am dreaming of the possibilities.
