Thank You Back Bend For Coming Back - Video

Thank you! Back-bends for coming back.  Thanks Ashtanga Primary Series for Coming back, and thanks to you guys for reading and all your good wishes over the past couple of challenging months.

Here is the first video of Urdva Dhanurasana and drop-back hang-ins since coming back from Lyme Disease. I am so greateful I'm almost in tears at watching it happen.  Enjoy the moon-day tomorrow and the rest on Saturday!

  1. YES, she's back and not one but three UD's. Got the biggest grin on my face Claudia so happy for you, know it means a lot. And not only did you get your backbends back but oyou did it with fancy symmetrical framing and an attention to colour : )

  3. I had a teacher the other day suggest initiating this with your legs--driving back by pressing your legs into the ground, rather than by lifting your hips or chest....I felt like it allowed me to get my arms straigher.

  6. Grimmly, ha ha ha, you had me cracking up with the symmetrical framing and attention to colour ha ha ha, was laughing as I was boarding the plane yesterday to come home and noticed it... Always makes me happy to put a grin in your face, I have one too!

Nobel, thanks, yes is coming back I am HAPPY!

Steveb, OK, it probably does not show, it has been a long time but I am using my legs HUGE time here, but it is likely not to show as much cause is the first one in a while, need more practice. The arms definitelly need to get a LOT straighter, good observation... all is coming

YYogini, yes, I am taking it easy yet now that healthier I am beginning to work the edge... but only the edge... I always remember YYogini... 'take it easy', very good advise!

    Denise, thank you!
