  2. Thanks for the link on the jump back.
I really needed to see it again. I think I gave up too soon because I didn't bother to read the fine print: 5 years of practice were necessary.

This time I picked up on the idea that it really takes strength in the lower belly and I'm going to put my focus on that. I thought that it was just an arm strength insufficiency that was holding me back.

  3. Re things to do in philly--for you new yorkers headed to philly note that you can take local rail free from 30th st station to center city with an amtrak ticket. no need to go out and get another bus subway or taxi. I think market east might be close to david's shala but maybe it's the next stop.

  4. I looked for Patanjali in Twitter, there is about 3, but not very active, there is a Shiva and a variety of others, but Jesus is by far the funniest, his Tweets made me laugh :-)

Anon, I hear you. The lower belly strength, the engaging of the bandhas, does not feel very intuitive, I am in the same boat, but I find it is getting easy. I am grateful to Kino for the videos, and to others that post as well, it is inpiration!

Anon, good to know about Philli
