ReplyDeleteyes this was a bit simple, woke up Friday with the idea and did it in one go, if kind of flew out of me... but if it was taugher then yes a prize could be in order, good thinking G!
ReplyDeleteI keep thinking of all the metaphors from Richard... the other one that caught me off guard was that if you dont get in and out of the poses right you are hurting your body and it is like being in a car accident but slowly... quite the imagery he uses...
