Satuday practice

Saturday... no practice, no Pradipika, no oils, just rest, for once.

My friend Tina showed me this video. It's beautiful, such coordination, such delicate balance, it is almost yogic ...  I loved it

    Hmmm I'm not sure, i thought it was Japanese... Maybe I'm mistaken

    no i don't think it's kanji, but katakana perhaps. they use both in japan.

    ok-the first letters are katakana & the last 2 are kanji. this is a cool band, too. i'm gonna check them out :-)
