Now, living in Australia, for some reason some kindle books are not available here - I can't get the Guruji book on kindle for example! So I went to Amazon with some trepidation! And found your book was available for Australia, so I downloaded it immediately! I haven't read it yet - but just wanted to thank you for making it available in Australia and not just the US/few other countries!! :)
